Terms of Service.

Vesta is operated by CPLEX Management AG. Your contract for the Vesta service is with CPLEX Management AG, Lättichstrasse 6, 6340 Baar, Switzerland.

Vesta analyses a photograph of a room together with your answers, and returns a score across eight dimensions, a summary, a ranked improvement plan, a buy list and a generated render. You must be at least 18 and have the right to photograph the room you upload.

Vesta Max is sold as a subscription, monthly or annual, through Stripe. Access to scores, plans, buy lists and renders requires an active subscription. Your plan includes a set allowance of render generations, shown in your account; a failed generation never costs you one.

The annual plan includes a 2-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid annual subscription at $29.99, charged to your payment method and renewing each year at the then-current price. The monthly plan has no trial and is charged from the start. Prices are shown at checkout, exclusive of any tax Stripe calculates for your location.

Cancel at any time from your account through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal, note that by starting an analysis or a render you request immediate performance of a digital service, and that consumed generations are not refundable. We will always refund a charge caused by our error.

A render is an illustrative representation of a design direction. It is generated by an AI image model from your photograph and is not a guarantee of a specific result, a specific product, a specific fit or a specific price. Objects shown may not exist, may not be available in your market, and may not be to scale. Measure before you buy, and check any structural, electrical or landlord constraints yourself.

Buy list items are suggestions matched to your style, budget and market. Some links are affiliate links. Prices and recommendations are unaffected. We do not sell the products and are not party to your purchase from a retailer.

You keep ownership of the photographs you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to store them and to process them through our subprocessors to produce your analysis and render. We will not publish them or use them in marketing without your explicit opt-in. See the Privacy Policy.

Do not upload photographs of people, images you have no right to use, or anything unlawful. Do not attempt to resell, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.
